PARD Provides maintenance of water network, wells reservoirs and chlorine pumps in southern gatherings, pumping out of wastewater, cleaning manholes and maintaining wastewater network to prevent infiltration of wastewater into drinking water network. PARD does so by operating a special truck for suctioning septic tanks in the Southern gatherings.
