PARD focuses on the empowerment of women through establishing women committees in the gatherings, and through conducting training on empowerment sessions that includes definition of empowerment, women’s rights and gender justice, gender-based violence, community mapping, needs assessments, planning of campaigns, conflict resolution skills, specifying stakeholders, community lobbying, group work, human rights, writing minutes meetings and annual plans.
Numbers: 182 Training on women empowerment sessions took place for a total of 231 women in the committees in all of Palestinian gatherings
