Children Activities

Gender equality and community empowerment

The project hopes to improve the psychological and social situation of children and to improve social cohesion of their families with the host communities in 5 Palestinian gatherings in South Lebanon by providing community forming psychological support through interactive activities geared toward their emotional and physical well-being, as well as providing opportunities to build friendships with those from other groups. PARD conducts these activities through our community centers in Shabriha, Maashouk, Wadi el zayneh, Naba’a, karantina, and kharayeb. That also provides training on dabkeh (folklore), football computer and first addition to arranging meetings with parents and puppet theater performances, supporting women groups, raising awareness on health issues, and working as a platform for coordination with other organizations.
